Holds a double B.A. in Theater and in Geography and an M.A in Environmental Studies from the Tel Aviv University (2020). Trained at the Physical Theater School Jacques Lecoq -Paris (2014), The International Students Dance Program Peridance- New York (2012), The Intensive summer Program for dancers at SEAD -Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (2014) one year workshop of research and creation with Choreographers Maya Levy and Anando Mars- Tel Aviv (2014-2015) and a dramaturge workshop by Nataly Tzukerman (2018).

Danced with various Israeli choreographers such as “Abia Dance company” Efrat Nehama, A Co-production project “Machol Shalem” Jerusalem and Freiburg Theater and MMi Dance-Theatre for Children.

In 2012, Kelly founded the Dance-Theater Troupe “Bizarre”, in which she functions as artistic director, choreographer, and dancer. Her works “QUAI NUMÉRO  8”, “A WOMAN AND A BENCH”, “VITRINE”, “AQUARIUM”, “HYPNOSE” were presented at festivals and international platforms, such as the Israeli Fringe Theater Festival Acco 2014 , Festival “Tel Aviv Dance” Suzanne Dellal, Spring Festival at Simta Theater Jaffa, “Wagon” Festival, “Small Stage” Festival Tel Aviv University, “Mouvement Contemporain- Rencontres chorégraphiques”  Paris, Theatre MOVE Tel Aviv, Haifa Museum, Rehovot Festival and more…
